President's Message
The Birchwood Condominiums are a hidden jewel in Upper Darby, PA. We are blessed with good people, an active association, a prime location, some of the lowest condo fees in the area, and a terrific sense of community. It’s these driving factors that leads me to give my time and energies to the Executive Board and through them, to you. The current Executive Board is proud to have sucessfully prevented condo fees from rising for the past six years. Maintaining these fees at their current levels is becoming more and more difficult without greater owner participation at condominium meetings.

Association Meetings
The Board meets on a regular basis and is always looking for owners in good standing to participate. Participation on the board will keep your condominium fees down and the facilities in better working order. Participation is both fun and rewarding and you will meet a nice group of smart, profesional people. The Board can benefit from all types of talents and all levels of effort.
